THE GORTON AMENDMENT WITHDRAWS CERTAIN PUBLIC LANDS IN THE MOUNT BAKER-SNOQUALMIE NATIONAL FOREST IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON FOR MINING AND MINERAL LEASING. (MOTION PASSED)
