H.R. 6955 ALSO PROVIDES FOR REVISING THE CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR FISCAL YEARS 1983, 1984, AND 1985, AND IT REVISES THE CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1982.
