THE RIEGLE AMENDMENT ENCOURAGES THE USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL HOURS FOR THE CARE OF SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN. (MOTION PASSED)
