Title VII: General Provisions
- Specifies certain uses and limits on or prohibitions against the use of funds appropriated by this Act.
Appropriates additional funds for: (1) emergency community water assistance grants; (2) very low-income housing repair grants; and (3) the agricultural credit insurance fund program account.
States that repayment of deficiency assistance for 1993 crops (including aquaculture) substantially affected by a disaster or emergency shall not be required prior to March 1, 1995.
