AND FOR FULFILLING TREATY STIPULATIONS WITH VARIOUS INDIAN TRIBES FOR YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1859, WHICH AMENDMENT PROVIDES THAT COMMISSIONER OF INDIAN AFFAIRS BE AUTHORIZED AND REQUIRED WITH APPROVAL OF SECRETARY OF INTERIOR TO REMOVE FROM ANY RESERVATION PERSONS FOUND THEREIN WITHOUT AUTHORITY OR LAW, OR WHOSE PRESENCE MAY BE DETRIMENTAL TO PEACE AND WELFARE OF INDIANS, AND TO EMPLOY SUCH FORCE AS MAY BE NECESSARY FOR THIS PURPOSE.
