R. 605 (15 STAT 92, JULY 20, 1868) A BILL MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR LEGISLATIVE, EXECUTIVE AND JUDICIAL EXPENSES OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR FISCAL 1869, SAID AMENDMENT PROVIDING $100,000 JUDGMENTS WHICH MAY BE RENDERED BY THE COURT IN FAVOR OF CLAIMANTS, PROVIDED THAT NO JUDGMENT OF SAID COURT FOR ANY SUM EXCEEDING $5000 SHALL BE PAID OUT OF THIS APPROPRIATION.
