Description: TO CONCUR IN AMENDMENT TO H.R. 3291, (21 STAT. 571, 6/15/80, A BILL FOR THE ALLOWANCE OF CERTAIN CLAIMS REPORTED BY THE ACCOUNTING OFFICERS OF THE U.S. TREASURY, SAID AMENDMENT PROVIDING THAT THE AGENTS APPOINTED BY THE QUARTERMASTER GENERAL TO INVESTIGATE CLAIMS UNDER THE ACT OF 7/4/1864, SHALL GIVE NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS WHOSE CLAIMS ARE TO BE INVESTIGATED OF THE TIME AND PLACE OF TAKING TESTIMONY.
