Description: TO AGREE TO AN AMENDMENT TO H.R. 5974, MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CURRENT AND CONTINGENT EXPENSES AND FULFILLING TREATY STIPULATIONS WITH INDIAN TRIBES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1893, WHICH AMENDMENT ADDS A PROVISO-- THAT FROM AND AFTER THE PASSAGE OF THIS ACT THE PRESIDENT SHALL DETAIL OFFICERS OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY TO ACT AS INDIAN AGENTS AT ALL AGENCIES WHERE VACANCIES FOR ANY CAUSE MAY HEREAFTER OCCUR BUT WHILE ACTING AS SUCH AGENTS SHALL BE UNDER THE ORDERS AND SUPERVISION OF THE SECRETARY OF THE INTERIOR.
