R. 10101 (P. 256, APP. 6/29/22), MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA FOR FISCAL 1923, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE TAXES ON INTANGIBLES AND REAL ESTATE, AND PROVIDES THAT 60% OF THE EXPENSES OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA SHALL BE PAID FROM SUCH REVENUES AND 40% PAID BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
