Description: TO PASS A PRIVILEGED RESOLUTION REGARDING S. 2796, PUBLICUTILITY HOLDING-COMPANY BILL, INSTRUCTING THE MANAGERS ON THE PART OF THE HOUSE AT THE CONFERENCE ON DISAGREEING VOTES TO AGREE TO THE AMENDMENTS STATING THAT IT SHALL BE THE DUTY OF THE COMMISSION AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE AFTER JANUARY 1, 1938, TO ORDER HOLDING COMPANIES TO COMPLY WITH SUCH ACTION AS THE COMMISSION DEEMS NECESSARY.
