THE COMMITTEE IS INSTRUCTED TO REPORT H.R. 3325 BACK TO THE HOUSE WITH ALL OF SECTION NUMBER 3, DEALING WITH THE POWER OF THE PRESIDENT TO DEVALUE THE GOLD CONTENT OF THE DOLLAR, REMOVED FROM THE BILL.
