THE SENATE AMENDMENT ADDED $90,000,000 FOR SCHOOL ASSISTANCE TO FEDERALLY AFFECTED AREAS. THE HOUSE AMENDMENT WITHDREW THE APPROPRIATION, AND SUBSTITUTED $20,000,000, TO BE DRAWN FROM FUNDS RESERVED UNDER PUBLIC LAW 90-218.
