Bill summary: (LATEST SUMMARY) Makes the United States Postal Service liable for that portion of any estimated increase in the unfunded liability of the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund which is attributable to any benefits payable from such Fund to active and retired Postal Service personnel and their survivors when such increase results from an employee-managements agreement authorizing increases in pay on which benefits are computed. Amends 5 U.S.C. 8348, and 39 U.S.C. 1005)d)
