Bill summary: (LATEST SUMMARY) Permits employer contributions, under the Labor Management Relations Act, to jointly administered trust funds established by labor organizations to defray costs of legal services. Prohibits the furnishing of such legal services to initiate any proceeding directed against any such employer, labor organization, or other employer in any matter arising under the National Labor Relations Act. Amends 29 U.S.C. 186(c)
