Description: TO AGREE TO THE CONFERENCE REPORT ON H.R. 546, A BILL TO ESTABLISH RULES OF EVIDENCE FOR CERTAIN COURTS AND PROCEEDINGS.
Bill summary: Provides for a mid-decade census of population in the year 1975 and every ten years thereafter. Establishes April 1 as the census date. Stipulates that nothing in this Act shall be held to affect the redistricting of congressional districts within any State upon the basis of the latest decennial census of population.
