Rept. 94-1645) Environmental Research, Development, and Demonstration Authorization Act - Authorizes appropriations for environmental research, development, and demonstration for fiscal year 1976 and the period between July 1, 1976 and September 30, 1976. Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to transmit a comprehensive five year plan for environmental research, development, and demonstration within six months after the date of enactment of this Act. Requires the annual transmission of revisions of such plan to Congress no later than two weeks after the President submits his annual budget.
