THE HOUSE AMENDMENT LOWERS FROM $7 MILLION TO $5 MILLION APPROPRIATION FOR A REVOLVING FUND IN THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE TO BE USED FOR PAYMENTS TO AIR CARRIERS UNDER THE U.S. FLAG.
