Bill summary: (Reported to House from the Committee on Rules with amendment, H. Rept. 94-796) Extends the deadline of the House Select Committee on Intelligence for filing its required reports. Prohibits the Select Committee from releasing any report containing materials, information, data, or subjects that presently have a security classification. Exempts such reports where they are distributed only to persons authorized to receive such information, or where such report has been certified by the President as not jeopardizing intelligence activities.
