Bill summary: Nuclear Career Incentive Act - Authorizes an increase in the amount of special pay which may be given to nuclear-qualified submarine officers who extend their period of active service. Offers a $3,000 bonus to commissioned officers, as specified, who successfully complete training for duty in connection with the supervision, operation, and maintenance of naval propulsion plants. Provides for a pro-rata reduction of such incentives under specified circumstances such an active duty time not spent in nuclear service. (Amends 37 U.S.C. 312; Adds 37 U.S.C. 312b, 312c)
