Rept. 94-1537) Public Works Employment Appropriations Act - =Title I:= - Appropriates specified sums for fiscal year 1977 to the Department of Commerce, the Department of the Treasury, and the Environmental Protection Agency for public works employment projects under the Public Works Employment Act of 1976. Appropriates $800,000 for pollution abatement and control activities under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. =Title II:= - Specifies that no part of any appropriation contained in the Public Works Employment Act of 1976 shall remain available for obligation beyond September 30, 1977, unless expressly authorized.
