Rept. 94-1442) Amends the Presidential Transition Act of 1963 to authorize the appropriation of $2,000,000 for the purpose of providing facilities and services to the President-elect and Vice-President-elect and $1,000,000 for the purpose of providing services and facilities to the former President and former Vice President during the transfer of administrations. Removes the limitation of $100 per day to be paid to experts and consultants employed by the President-Elect or Vice-President-Elect under the Presidential Transition Act of 1963.
