Makes supplemental appropriations to the Department of the Interior for the payment of claims for damages to or loss of property, personal injury or death resulting from the failure of the Teton River Dam. Appropriates specified sums to the Department of the Treasury for claims and judgments rendered against the United States. Appropriates a specified sum to the General Services Administration to comply with refund and rebate payments authorized by the Renegotiation Act of 1951. Appropriates additional sums to carry out the provisions of the Presidential Transition Act of 1963. Appropriates an additional amount to the United States Postal Service for payments to the Postal Service Fund for fiscal year 1976 and for the transition period.
