Rept. 95-843) Amends the Arms Control and Disarmament Act with respect arms control impact information and analyses required to accompany certain military and weapons legislation or budget proposals. Authorizes appropriations for fiscal year 1979 for the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency and the International Atomic Energy Agency. Requires the Agency to accompany its authorization requests with a detailed budget for each bureau and functional category within each bureau.
