Description: AMENDMENT TO H R 2100 FOOD AND SECURITY ACT REQUIRING THE STATES TO ENROLL MOST FOOD STAMP RECIPIENTS IN A TRAINING PROGRAM THAT WILL PLACE THEM IN JOBS. A STATE MAY EXEMPT RECIPIENTS FROM THE PROGRAM IF IT DEEMS THE PROGRAMS IMPRACTICABLE FOR THEM. (MOTION FAILED)
