Description: NEZ PERCE NATIONAL HISTORIC PARK

Bill summary: Nez Perce National Historical Park Additions Act of 1991 - Amends Federal law to include in the Nez Perce National Historical Park, Idaho, certain historical sites in the States of Oregon, Washington, Montana, and Wyoming. Removes the acreage and easements limitation placed on the Secretary of the Interior for the acquisition of additional lands for the sites. Provides that: (1) lands or interests owned by a State or local government may be acquired only by donation or exchange; and (2) with respect to sites designated as components of the Park after November 1, 1991, no lands, interests, or other property may be acquired without the owner's consent. Authorizes appropriations.

Bill titles: To amend the Act of May 15, 1965, authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to designate the Nez Perce National Historical Park in the State of Idaho, and for other purposes.
