Bill summary: Directs the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to limit the amount of a grant (pursuant to the Notice of Funding Availability for Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Programs for FY 2001) to the Liberty Center for the Homeless Incorporated. States that if an award has been made in excess of such amount prior to enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall modify the award and distribute such excess to other applicants from the Jacksonville, Florida, Continuum of Care in the order listed in the project priority list.
