Bill summary: (This measure has not been amended since it was passed by the House on March 20, 2010. The summary of that version is repeated here.) TRICARE Affirmation Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to provide that health care coverage provided by the TRICARE program and the Nonappropriated Fund Health Benefits Program of the Department of Defense (DOD) shall constitute minimal essential health care coverage as required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

Bill titles: To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to ensure that health coverage provided by the Department of Defense is treated as minimal essential coverage.
