Description: TO RECOMMEND THAT THE PRESIDENT MAKE PROCLAMATION OF THE TREATY OF JUNE 11, 1838 WITH THE NEW YORK INDIANS, WHEN HE SHALL BE SATISFIED OF THE ASSENT OF THE SENECA INDIANS, AND THAT HE THEN CARRY SAID TREATY INTO EFFECT.
