Description: ON AGREEING TO THE AMENDMENT TO THE BILL, H.R. 433, SUPPLYING DEFICIENCIES IN APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE SERVICES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1851, WHICH AMENDMENT GRANTS THE CHEROKEE NATION THE AMOUNT DUE UNDER THE TREATY OF AUG. 6, 1846, AND CARRIES OUT PROVISIONS OF THE TREATY OF 1835 AND 1836, PROVIDED THE CHEROKEE NATION FIND THEMSELVES IN SOME MANNER AGREEABLE TO AND WITH THE SEC. OF INTERIOR TO MAKE NO FURTHER CLAIMS.
