Description: TO AGREE TO A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE STIPULATIONS OF TREATY BETWEEN THE U.S. AND THE COW CREEK, UMPGNA VALLEY, INDIANS OF OREG., OF 9/19/1855 WITH AN AMENDMENT PROVIDING THAT, SHOULD THE U.S. ESTABLISH FARMS AMONG AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF SAID INDIANS, THE PRESIDENT WILL HAVE DISCRETIONAY POWER, WITH ADVISE AND CONSENT OF THE SENATE, TO CHANGE THE ANNUITIES PROVEDED FOR IN THE LAW INTO A FUND FOR THAT PURPOSE.
