Description: TO RATIFY THE AMENDMENT TO THE TREATY, MADE BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES AND THE CHEROKEE NATION OF INDIANS; WHICH PROPOSED THAT THE CHEROKEE NATION DELIVER TO THE UNITED STATES, ALL PUBLIC PROPERTY, AND THAT THE SECRETARY OF INTERIOR SHALL SELL ALL LANDS NOT OCCUPIED BY ACTUAL SETTLERS, AND PAY THE EXPENSES OF THE DELEGATES FROM THE SOUTHERN CHEROKEES, OUT OF THE PROCEEDS RECEIVED FROM THE SALE OF NEUTRAL LANDS IN KANSAS.
