IF THE CONFERENCE REPORT IS ACCEPTED THE TWO HOUSES WILL AGREE TO FIXING OF THE TERM OF OFFICE FOR MEMBERS OF THE CABINET FOR AND DURING THE TERM OF THE PRESIDENT AND FOR ONE MONTH THEREAFTER, SUBJECT TO REMOVAL BY AND WITH THE CONSENT OF THE SENATE.
