THE CONFERENCE REPORT PROVIDES THAT THE HOUSE RECEDE FROM AN AMENDMENT LIMITING THE AMOUNT THAT THE SENATE MAY SPEND TO ADVERTISE ITS PUBLICATION IN NEWSPAPERS AND MAAGAZINES OF ITS PUBLICATIONS, AND THE NEWSPAPERS OF INSURRECTIONARY STATES.
