R. 10881, WHICH REPORT PROVIDES THAT THE HOUSE RECEDE FROM ITS DISAGREEMENT TO SENATE AMENDMENTS #5 AND 6, WITH AN AMENDMENT ALLOWING BOOKS IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES TO BE IMPORTED BUT FORBIDDING THE IMPORTATION OF TRANSLATIONS IN ENGLISH THAT ARE COPYRIGHTED.
