Description: TO AGREE TO A RESERVATION TO THE VERSAILLES TREATY, PROVIDING THAT THE UNITED STATES SHALL AT ANY TIME HAVE THE PRIVILEGE OF NOMINATING ANY NON-MEMBER NATION OF THE WORLD FOR LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP AND IN THE CASE OF UNFAVORABLE ACTION TAKEN BY THE LEAGUE, THE UNITED STATES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW AS A MEMBER WITHOUT NOTICE.
