Description: TO AGREE TO RESERVATION NO. 4 OF THE VERSAILLES TREATY, PROVIDING THAT THE UNITED STATES HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT IT WILL WITHDRAW FROM THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS, IF ANY MEMBER SPENDING MORE THAN FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR FOR ITS ARMY AND A LIKE SUM FOR ITS NAVY, SHALL FAIL TO REDUCE THE EXCESS BY 1/5 A YEAR, SO THAT AT THE END OF FIVE YEARS NO MEMBER SHALL BE SPENDING MORE THAN THE SAID FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR.
