Description: TO AGREE TO RESERVATION NO. 5 OF THE VERSAILLES TREATY, PROVIDING THAT THE UNITED STATE WILL WITHDRAW FROM THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS, WHENEVER ANY MEMBER SHALL ATTEMPT TO ACQUIRE ANY TERRITORY OF ANY MEMBER OR NON-MEMBER, WITHOUT THE FULL AND FREE CONSENT OF THE PEOPLE RESIDING IN SAID TERRITORY.
