PITTMAN TO OFFER AN AMENDMENT TO H.R. 15441 PROPOSING A LARGER PROPORTIONAL CONTRIBUTION BY THE UNITED STATES TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF RURAL POST ROADS IN STATES WHERE THE PERCENTAGE OF THE LAND AREA BELONGING TO THE UNITED STATES AND EXEMPT FROM TAXATION BY SUCH STATES IS IN EXCESS OF 10% OF THE TOTAL LAND AREA OF THE STATE.
