R. 12472 (9/21/1922), A BILL TO REGULATE THE DISTRIBUTION AND TRANSPORTATION OF COAL AND OTHER FUEL BY DECLARING A NATIONAL EMERGENCY AND GRANTING ADDITIONAL POWERS TO INTERSTATE COMMERCE COMMISSION, PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A FEDERAL FUEL ADMINISTRATION, PROVIDING FOR THE DECLARATORY CAR SERVICE PRIORITIES IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE DURING THE PRESENT AND SUCCEEDING EMERGENCY, AND TO PREVENT EXTORTION IN THE SALE OF FUEL.
