Description: TO AMEND S.J.RES. 286, ACTIVE SERVICE OF NATIONAL GUARD, RESERVE, AND RETIRED PERSONNEL, BY ADDING THE FOLLOWING: "ANY PERSON NOW SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 1 (AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT TO ORDER INTO THE ACTIVE MILITARY SERVICE OF THE UNITED STATES FOR A PERIOD OF 12 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS ANY OR ALL MEMBERS AND UNITS OF ANY OR ALL RESERVE COMPONENTS OF THE ARMY OF THE UNITED STATES, AND RETIRED PERSONNEL OF THE REGULAR ARMY, WITH OR WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT.) MAY RESIGN HIS STATUS WITHIN 20 DAYS AFTER THE APPROVAL OF THIS JOINT RESOLUTION.
