Description: TO AGREE TO THE HOUSE AMENDMENTS TO S. 518, A BILL PROVIDING THAT APPOINTMENTS TO THE OFFICES OF DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET SHALL BE SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION BY THE SENATE.
