Amends 19 U.S.C. 1202 Permits the President, under the Economic Stabilization Act of 1970, to make appropriate adjustments in the maximum price which may be charged under the June 13, 1973, price freeze for any agricultural commodity certified as at unacceptably low supply levels as a result of the freeze.
