Bill summary: (LATEST SUMMARY) Extends the continuing appropriations made in Public Law 93-52 until the sine die adjournment of the first session of the 93rd Congress (presently until September 30, 1973). Provides that the aggregate amounts made available to States under Title I-A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act for grants to local educational agencies shall not be less than 90 percent of the fiscal year 1972 and 1973 amount nor more than 115 percent of the fiscal year 1973 (...show more) amount. Prohibits funds under the Act from being used by the Cost of Living Council for programs which discriminate against petroleum marketers in the method of establishing prices for such products.
