Bill summary: (LATEST SUMMARY) Authorizes the appropriation of $105,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, $175,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, and $200,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1977 for the expenses of the Justice Department in carrying out its control and enforcement functions under the Controlled Substances Act. Repeals the "no-knock" search warrant provisions of the Controlled Substances Act.
