Bill summary: Provides that not to exceed 24 Members of Congress shall be appointed to meet jointly and at least annually with representatives of the Dail and the Senate of the National Parliament of the Republic of Ireland for discussion of common problems in the interests of relations between the United States and the Republic of Ireland. Authorizes appropriations of $30,000 annually for the expenses of the Congressional delegation.
