Bill summary: Veterans' Housing Act - Authorizes increases in the amount limitations of the veterans home loan programs, and eliminates those provisions automatically guaranteeing dormant farm and business loans.
Repeals the restriction on the guaranteeing or making of loans by the Administrator of Veterans Affairs for the purchasing of mobile homes or mobile home lots after July 1, 1975.
Authorizes the Administrator to make expenditures to correct or compensate for structural defects in mortgaged homes with
