Description: TO TABLE STEVENS AMENDMENT #90 TO THE PANAMA CANAL TREATY. STEVENS AMENDMENT #90 STATES THAT IF EITHER PANAMA OR THE UNITED STATES SHOULD ABROGATE ANY RESERVATION, DECLARATION, OR UNDERSTANDING ATTACHED BY EITHER PARTY TO THE NEW TREATY OR ITS RESOLUTION OF RATIFICATION, THEN SUCH TREATY SHALL BE TERMINATED AND THE FOUR SUPERSEDED TREATIES SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT.
