Description: TO AMEND THE CHAFEE AMENDMENT TO H.R. 3173. THE CHAFEE AMENDMENT REDUCES BY $5 MILLION THE FUNDS AUTHORIZED FOR THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT, AND THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT AUTHORIZED IS REDUCED FOR $50 MILLION.
