RES. 492 TO PROVIDE THAT TEMPORARY FACILITIES PREVIOUSLY OR HEREINAFTER CONSTRUCTED, MODIFIED OR IMPROVED IN HONDURAS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART UTILIZING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE FUNDS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, SHALL BE AVAILABLE SOLELY FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE MILITARY TRAINING EXERCISES UNLESS SUCH FACILITIES ARE DEEMED NECESSARY FOR THE EVACUATION OR SELF-DEFENSE OF U.S. PERSONNEL.
