Description: TO ADOPT HR 4420 MILITARY RETIREMENT REFORM, THE MEASURE CREATING A REVISED RETIREMENT SYSTEM FOR NEW MEMBERS OF THE UNIFORMED SERVICES, CHANGING THE METHOD FOR CALCULATING COST- OF-LIVING ADJUSTMENTS, AND INSERTING THE TEXT OF S 2395, THE SENATE COMPANION MEASURE, IN PLACE OF TEXT AFTER THE ENACTING CLAUSE. THE BILL CUTS THE ANNUITY FOR THOSE RETIRING AFTER 20 YEARS FROM 50% OF BASIC PAY TO 44%.
